Let Me At The Rice Cakes

Let Me At The Rice Cakes

Scott keeps his rice cakes (or "biscuits" as we like to call them) in this psychedelic tin. He likes to help himself to rice cakes and they were one of the first finger foods he ate. He used to have rice cakes quite a lot as a morning or afternoon snack but he's been going for toast with organic pear and apple spread more recently. He also loves muffins and will follow you around the house scrounging some if you eat them in his view.

I suspect Scott didn't really smash up whatever that is all over his tray with that whisk. He probably just took a several hands full of his lunch and spread it around a bit. He does like something to hold on to occasionally when he's eating though. Favourites include the whisk he's holding here and a wooden spoon or spatula goes down well. Best of all however is a saucepan and lid. Scott's parents aren't too keen on this though since it takes dents out of the kitchen floor when he drops it (or throws it down in a rage!).

I Want To Ride My Tricycle, I Want To Ride My Trike

This is a lovely wooden tricycle that Scott got from his grand parents when they were both visiting recently. It has a trailer that attaches to it so that Scott can take some toys to play with him when he rides across the lounge. This had been planned as a birthday present but it just appeared early without any explanation. It's a bit big for Scott at the moment but he still loves it. He's showing engineering potential, as he seems to like it upside down so he can inspect the wheels.
